Cancellation Policy

Tundra Medical Resources works hard to provide quality courses. We are committed to offering our students a collaborative and safe learning environment. Considerable time and effort are invested in these courses to keep them cutting-edge. We therefore ask all students to respect their fellow learners by planning to attend and participate in 100% of the course.
By registering for a course, you are agreeing to the following conditions:

Deposit: $100 of the course fee is a non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs such as textbooks. The deposit may be transferred to any course being held within the following 12 months. The deposit is forfeited if you withdraw within 14 days of the course.

Payment: Full payment is due at the time of registration. If payment is not received in a timely manner, your seat may be forfeited to another student. You will not receive any course materials or instructions until full payment is received. The only exception is for students whose tuition is being billed directly to the Government of Yukon.
If you require a payment plan, please contact us directly. Payment plans may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Withdrawal: Withdrawing from a course incurs the following penalties:
• 43+ days (six weeks+) prior to course: 25% of course fee (less deposit)
• 21-42 days prior to course: 50% of course fee (less deposit)
• 14-20 days prior to course: 75% of course fee (less deposit)
• Within 14 days of course start: no refund, and deposit is forfeited

Course cancellation: If a course is cancelled by the instructor, all fees less the deposit may be refunded, or all fees may be transferred to a future course at the discretion of the student.

COVID-specific policy: During the coronavirus pandemic and prior to relaxation of COVID-19 precautions, students who must miss the course because of either a positive COVID test or being screened out for positive symptoms may apply their course tuition to another course within 12 months. Students whose employers expressly forbid them from attending in-person training may also apply their tuition fees to another course within 12 months.
